The Kansas State Fair Board will meet the following dates and times during the 2025 Kansas State Fair. All meetings will be held in-person at the Administrative Building at the times noted below.

Thursday, September 4, 2025 – 2 p.m. – Board Orientation

Friday, September 5, 2025 – 9 a.m.

Saturday, September 6, 2025 – 9:30 a.m.

Sunday, September 7, 2025 – 9 a.m.

Monday, September 8, 2025 – 9 a.m. 

Tuesday, September 9, 2025 - 9 a.m.

Wednesday, September 10, 2025 – 9:30 a.m.

Thursday, September 11, 2025 – No Meeting

Friday, September 12, 2025 – 9 a.m.

Saturday, September 13, 2025 – 9 a.m.

Sunday, September 14, 2025 – 9 a.m.
