Members of the public are required to complete a conflict of interest form if they intend to provide public comments to the Board. During the Stakeholder Input/Open Public Comment period, priority will be given to those who submit a COI prior to the meeting. Completed forms will be accepted up until May 5, 2026 (one week before the meeting). Please email the completed form to Anh.Rongish@ks.gov.
