A public hearing will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 31, 2026 to consider changes to regulations relating to the Kansas Employment Security Law and Kansas Workers Compensation Act. The hearing will be in person at the Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) at 401 SW Topeka Blvd., Topeka, KS.

A copy of the proposed regulation changes and associated economic impact statements may be accessed on KDOL’s website at https://www.dol.ks.gov/labor-relations/overview.
